Business use

XDocks is a business service. By using the website or an authorized connection, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to act for the business you represent. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

XDocks services

XDocks helps businesses request and coordinate warehouse services through a network of independent facilities. A website submission is a request for review. It does not guarantee availability, pricing, acceptance, or performance. Warehouse work is governed by the applicable quote, work order, service agreement, or other written terms. Those written terms control if they conflict with this page.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, protect account access, and use the service lawfully. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, misrepresent your identity or authority, or use the service to violate another person's rights.

QuickBooks connection

The Dockmaster QuickBooks connection is available only to Epitome X administrators and other users specifically authorized by Epitome X. An authorized user may grant access to approved QuickBooks accounting data. The connection does not grant authority to move money or send customer communications unless a separate, expressly approved workflow provides that authority.

QuickBooks and Intuit are third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. You may revoke the connection through QuickBooks or contact Epitome X for help.

Content and feedback

You keep ownership of information that you provide. You give Epitome X permission to process that information as needed to provide, secure, and support the requested service. If you send product feedback, Epitome X may use it without restriction or payment.

Availability and changes

Epitome X may change, suspend, or end access to a website feature or integration when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or business operations. We may also suspend access when a user violates these terms or creates risk for the service or another person.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website and integration are provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Epitome X does not control the systems, availability, or decisions of independent warehouses, Intuit, or other third parties.

Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by law, Epitome X will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the website or integration. Any liability tied to paid warehouse or professional services is governed by the written agreement for those services.
