Disconnect QuickBooks

You can revoke Dockmaster's access from QuickBooks or ask Epitome X to remove the connection.

Disconnect in QuickBooks

  1. Sign in to the QuickBooks company as an administrator.
  2. Open the connected-app settings and find Dockmaster.
  3. Choose Disconnect or Revoke, then confirm the change.

Ask Epitome X to disconnect

Email jeremy@xdocks.com from your company account. Include the QuickBooks company name and ask us to remove Dockmaster's access. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or recovery codes.

What happens next

Revocation stops future QuickBooks API access. After a confirmed disconnect request, Epitome X removes the stored connection credentials. Business and accounting records already created may be retained when required for tax, legal, audit, or operational purposes, as described in our privacy policy.
